Dr. Sally Gelardin, International & Multicultural Education, NCC, DCC, RPC and elearning instructor, has presented workshops for counselors and adults in transition throughout the U.S. and internationally. She developed the "Family Caregiver Wellness Model" that emphasizes financial, and home-modification skills, as well as physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual techniques. Gelardin is author of several books and guest editor of the Winter 2007/2008 issue of the Career Planning and Adult Development Journal on "Making a Career of Counseling and Advising Caregivers." She is currently writing a National Career Development Association monograph on "Career and Caregiving: Putting the Pieces Together." Dr. Gelardin is the former president of the California Career Development Association. She is co-designer and instructor of the Family Caregiver Counselor Certificate Training with Donna Christner-Lile.

She successfully combines her experience and education from two life careers into a unique planning resource for boomers, caregivers, and elders. Donna is the Executive Director of Counseling Life Transitions.

Craig Harris Sultan, OD owns The Eye Works, an optometric practice in Downtown Napa, with an emphasis on Low Vision for seniors and others. Over 3.3 million Americans over the age of 40 have Low Vision, which is vision that cannot be corrected through the use of glasses, contacts, medicine or surgery. Dr. Sultan's message is to improve the quality of life for those who are visually impaired and support their caregiver through education, resources and training. By 2020 it is estimated 5.5 million Americans will have low vision.
